Please find the below answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Can’t find the answer you are looking for? Please email info@mirrorsandframesdirect.co.uk and our Customer Support Team will endeavour to respond to all queries within a matter of hours, however during busy periods please allow up to 24-48 working hours for a response. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various forms of payment which include the following. Apple Pay, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna and Google Pay.

Can I use multiple discount codes at one time?

Unfortunately, we do not permit the usage of two discount codes at one time.

Can I use discount codes on sale products?

Unfortunately, we do not permit the usage of discount codes on sale products.

Do you physically stock products?

Yes we physically stock 1000’s of products in our UK facility, all ready to be shipped immediately. 

Do I need to using the hanging fixings provided?
We would recommend only using the fixings provided as they have 

been safety tested. However, if you would like to use your own fixings, please be advised if there are any damages or defects during and after installation we would not be liable and unable to guarantee the item.

 Are the frame/mirror dimensions measured by the internal size or external size?

To confirm all of the dimensions listed are for the internal size only, by the mirror/glass edge. 

Do you frame memorabilia/shirts?

Yes, however we would need you to send the items to us for framing on a tracked delivery service or alternatively drop off at our facility. Please send us an email or give us a call and let us know the details and we will happily provide you with a quote. 

Can I cancel my order?
Please notify us on info@mirrorsandframesdirect.co.uk as soon 

as possible and our Customer Support Team will be happy to assist. 

 If your mirror is a stock item that has not yet left our warehouse, we will refund your money in full. However, if your order has left our warehouse then we will be charged a fee to bring it back to us. In this case, we will issue you a refund on its safe return and refund you your money minus any delivery costs that have been incurred.

 Please note: Bespoke/special order products are non-refundable.

Do you ship internationally?

No unfortunately we only currently delivery to UK mainland. We are continually looking into this so we will keep you updated. 

Are there any parts of the UK that you do not currently deliver to?
Regrettably, we are currently unable to offer a free delivery service 

outside of the UK mainland and to the following postcodes and areas: BT, IV & KW, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern and Southern Ireland.

 Please contact us directly if you would like to receive a delivery quote to these areas.

 How will you ensure my order will be delivered intact?
Each mirror is thoroughly checked and cleaned before dispatch. The mirror is

 secured with foam padding which prevents it from moving inside the box. The corners of the mirrors are protected with special Styrofoam profiles that protect them against accidental impact. The mirror is then placed in a extra thick cardboard box and the outer part of the box is labelled as fragile.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Due to the fragile nature of the products, accidents do happen occasionally. Should your order arrive damaged, please do not worry. Please contact us by telephone on 01656 655800 or email us on info@mirrorsandframesdirect.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery to notify us. When making a damaged items claim, we require photographic evidence of any stated broken items in order to process your refund or replacement. Should we be unable to supply a replacement we will give you a full refund.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, if you would like to collect your order, you can do so from our facility in Bridgend. Please call or email us to arrange a suitable collection time and we will have your order ready for you to collect.

Which Courier do you use and do you provide tracking?
Your order will be despatched by our courier DX Express on a next 

day delivery service Monday to Friday, excluding the weekend. All deliveries will be provided with a tracking number so you can have peace of mind when the order will be delivered. Alternatively for larger orders, these will be despatched via the Pallet Network on a next day delivery service. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery on stock items will take approximately up to 2 working days to be processed and despatched for next day delivery Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery is available but it is charged at a higher price than the free standing weekday delivery option, please contact us for more information.

For bespoke, framed mirrors, framed art and trade ours, delivery time can range from 24 hours to 28 working days depending on the stock levels and delivery schedules. Should you need any item for a specific date please contact us prior to purchase to confirm.

Should we expect your item to be delayed for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible. Over the years we have great experience in working with specialist fragile goods couriers who deliver your mirror without going through complicated and rough sorting methods. 

Can I change my shipping address after I have ordered?

Please update us of any address change within 24 hours of your order being placed. Any address changes after this period may result in a delay in your order being shipped or delivered.

Can I order and hold my order in stock?

Yes, please just leave us a note when placing your order requesting this. Please note that we are only able to hold orders up to 14 days from when your order was first placed?

My order hasn't arrived yet but I have had the money taken from my card, why?

In order for approval to be gained and order placed successfully on our website, we have to process the transaction in full. This is standard practice on all internet sales wherever you purchase from. If there is going to be a considerable amount of time between order and delivery we will offer you a full refund and contact you when your item is available.

Something missing from my order?

Please accept our apologies for this error, please call or email us immediately with your order number and we will arrange for the missing item(s) to be despatched as quickly as possible.

Do you have a showroom?

We do not have a showroom, but should you require any images or any questions then call or email us direct and we will be happy to go through any questions you have and supply additional information where needed.

Do you offer discounts to trade customers?
Yes! Over the years we have worked with many companies who use us to supply their mirrors, picture frames and wall art. We have recently helped interior design companies place our products into pubs, apartment blocks, show homes, shops and prestigious hotels around the country.
