Refund policy

REFUND, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
  1. Once you have received delivery, please open the item(s) carefully and inspect your order.

  2. To start your return process, please email info@mirrorsandframesdirect.co.uk using the email you entered when purchasing from us and your order reference number and state the reason for the return.

  3. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are returned in their original packaging, unused with all instruction manuals and undamaged.

  4. We are unable to accept returns if the item(s) have been installed.

  5. Bespoke orders made to your own specification cannot be returned unless faulty. In the case of any fault to a bespoke item(s), a replacement will supplied immediately.

  6. Where applicable postal or carriage charges are not refunded in the event of a customer returning goods and are the responsibility of the Customer.

  7. Customers are responsible for obtaining proof of delivery and receipt of returned goods. To speed up the refund process, please email us the tracking number along with your order details.

  8. On returned items, refunds will only be issued upon receipt of returned goods and inspected.

  9. REFUND TIME SCALE: We're leading the way in our industry and believe our customers should not have to wait to receive their money back. Therefore, rest assured your order will be refunded as soon as it arrives back to our warehouse and inspected. Please note it can up to 1-3 business days for your refund to show in your account.
