STOCK ITEMS
Your order will take up to 2 working days to be processed and despatched for delivery Monday to Friday.
BESPOKE, FRAMED MIRRORS, FRAMED ART AND TRADE ORDERS
Delivery time may vary depending on stock levels, delivery method and location. This can range from 24 Hours to 28 Working Days depending on the stock levels and delivery schedules. Should you need any item for a specific date please contact us prior to purchase to confirm.
Your order will be despatched by our courier DX Express on a next day delivery service Monday to Friday, excluding the weekend. Alternatively for larger orders, these will be despatched via the Pallet Network.
Should you require your mirror sooner than advertised please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss further as we may be able to arrange an express service (subject to additional charges)
Regrettably, we are currently unable to offer a delivery service outside of the UK mainland and to the following postcodes and areas: BT, IV & KW, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern and Southern Ireland.

Please note that we can only dispatch within the 5 working days Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays. We also allow free collection/self-pickup from our premises.
DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES AND DAMAGES
All parcels must be opened immediately to check for any damage to goods.
You have the right to refuse any delivery if you have reason to suspect that breakages have occurred by visual inspection or by listening for broken glass.
All damages must be reported within two working days from receipt of the goods. Photos of damaged items and the packaging should be emailed to info@mirrorsandframesdirect.co.uk.
Carriers will not be able to collect parcels containing broken glass.
We do not undertake to remove any damaged goods.
When making a damaged items claim, we require photographic evidence of any stated broken items in order to process your refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and replacements without this photographic evidence.
NON-RECEIPT OF GOODS
We must be notified within five working days of the advised date of delivery if the goods do not arrive.
